آسانسور به عنوان بخشي مهم در پروژه هاي عمراني، ساختماني و صنعتي كه طرح و اجراي آن نيازمند مديريت است و از اينرو ارتباطش با مبحث مديريت پروژه به صورت كل و مديريت ريسك به صورت جز، نياز به شناسايي و بررسي ريسكها و نحوه مواجهه با آنها را الزام مي دارد. بر اين اساس، شناسايي و ارزيابي ريسكها به عنوان يكي از اصلي ترين ابزارهاي مديريت ايمني شناخته مي شود كه با ايجاد بستر اطلاعاتي مناسب، مدير ايمني را در انتخاب بهتر اقدامات كاهش ريسك ياري مي نمايد. با توجه به اهميت انتخاب اقدامات كاهش ريسك تاكنون روش هاي مختلفي براي ارزيابي ريسك ايجاد و توسعه پيدا كرده است. در اين تحقيق، ضمن شناسايي و معرفي ريسك هاي آسانسور و بررسي علت ريسكها، تكنيك FMEA به عنوان تكنيكي پيشگيرانه و قابل انعطاف در تمامي جنبه هاي شناسايي و كنترل ريسك، معرفي و مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. تكنيك مذكور با 9 گام اصلي شناسايي و ارزش گذاري ريسكهاي ايمني آسانسور و 5 گام فرعي به اقدامات اصلاحي و پيشگيرانه مي پردازد. نتايج نشان مي دهد سقوط افراد در داخل چاهك يا روي كابين آسانسور مهمترين ريسك در ايمني آسانسور مي باشد.

Considering the importance of choosing risk reduction measures, various ways to assess risk have been developed and developed so far. In this research, FMEA has been introduced and used as a preventive and flexible technique in all aspects of risk identification and control, while identifying and introducing lift risks and investigating the causes of risks. The technique deals with 9 basic steps to identify and assess the safety risks of the lift and 5 steps to the corrective and preventive measures. The results indicate that the fall of people inside the well or on the elevator cabin is the most important risk in lift safety.
