چكيده فارسي :
در حال حاضر و با توجه به شيوه زندگي امروزي، در پاسخ به تقاضاي روزافزون ساكنان كلانشهرها براي گذران اوقات فراغت در فضايي سرسبز و با
طراوت به دور از ازدحام و شلوغي شهر و زندگي آپارتمان نشيني، باغ ويلاهاي بسياري در نواحي ييلاقي، روستايي و نيز حومه شهرها در قالب گونه
اي از مسكن دوم شكل گرفته اند. اما بسياري از اين باغ ويلاها به دليل عدم توجه كافي به زمينه هاي گوناگون فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، اقليمي،
زيست محيطي و ... در طراحي ناموفق بوده و لذا نتوانسته اند رضايت نسبي كاربران خويش را فراهم آورند. هدف اين مقاله آگاهي يافتن از نظرات
كاربران باغ ويلاها مي باشد تا مشخص گردد به كار بردن چه اصول و راهكارهايي در طراحي مي تواند منجر به تأمين نيازها و كسب رضايت آنان
گردد. اين پژوهش، روش توصيفي پيمايشي را اتخاذ كرده است. جامعه آماري نمونه، 70 نفر از مالكان باغ ويلاهاي مسكوني در شهر مشهد و اطراف -
آن مي باشد كه به روش تصادفي انتخاب شده و مورد پرسش قرار گرفته اند. داده ها ي به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد بررسي و
تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه عواملي چون امنيت، آسايش، رعايت حريم هاي شخصي، صرفه جويي در مصرف انرژي، فضاي
سبز و الگوهاي مناسب طراحي مورد توجه كاربران قرار گرفته است. پيشنهادات بدست آمده از نتايج اين تحقيق، مي تواند در طراحي باغ ويلاهاي
امروزي همراه با ارائه راهكارهايي نوين، مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Due to the current lifestyle, and ever-increasing demand of residents for spending their leisure time away from the city and apartment life, many villa-gardens, as the second housing, have been shaped in the countrysides, villages, and suburbs.. However, the design of many of the villa-gardens were unsuccessful due to the lack of attention to various cultural, social, economic, climatic, environmental situations.Therefore, the users of these gardens generally have been remained unsatisfied. To this end, the main aim of this paper is to gain knowledge about the opinions of the villa-gardens’ users in order to determine which design patterns and guidelines can meet their needs. For this reason, the research has been applied a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study is about 70 owners of villa-gardens in Mashhad,who have been randomly selected. Data have been analyzed by using SPSS software. The results indicate that the factors that led to the safety, comfort, privacy, energy saving, green space and design patterns are the main concerns of the users. The suggestions made from the results of this research, can be used in the design of current villa-gardens, along with the introduction of new solutions.
