The design of Anisogrid lattice composite structures with high weight and cost efficiency determining promising potential applications for spacecraft and aircraft applications. Anisogrid structures have the form of cylindrical or conical shells and consist of a dense system of unidirectional composite helical, circumferential and axial ribs. This paper is concerned with reliability-based design optimization of Anisogrid lattice composite shell structures. In this regard, a well-known optimization approach known as decoupled method is applied to find the best solution in the search space considering uncertainty on the some design variables and parameters. In order to verify the results obtained by decoupled method, Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) and second order reliability method (SORM) has been used.
