An compatible modeling for a manufacturing system
tries that it can response to increasing demands on
system safety and performance, and economic
maintenance under growing degree of systems
automation and complicated. So, this is most important
that we have high availability of service with cost
optimization, especially for systems concerned by wear
and ageing. In this paper, we present a discrete
modeling by stochastic Petri nets (SPN) of the
repairable systems. This modeling has been used of the
state of wear and ageing records of the equipment in
order to advance failure prediction. Likewise,
improvement of failure-prediction related to analysis the
event data of before occur failures in the repairable
systems, it is by our modeling supported too.
