Comparison of Librarians Communication Skills in Different Types of Public Libraries in District 5 of Tehran

هدف: هدف كلي اين پژوهش مقايسه¬ي مهارت هاي ارتباطي كتابداران در انواع مختلف كتابخانه هاي عمومي منطقه 5 تهران است. روش پژوهش: اين پژوهش، يك پيمايش توصيفي است. جامعه آماري شامل همه كتابداران (55 نفر) شاغل در انواع كتابخانه هاي عمومي منطقه 5 تهران (32 كتابخانه) در مرداد ماه 1396 است كه به روش سرشماري مورد بررسي قرار گرفته اند. ابزار گرد آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ارتباطات سازماني اثربخش كه 6 بعد مجراهاي ارتباطي چندگانه را در قالب 24 پرسش بررسي مي كند. براي اين پرسشنامه، پايايي 0/86 برآورد شده است كه سطح مطلوبي از پايايي را نشان مي دهد. روايي محتوايي و صوري اين پرسشنامه توسط نظر اساتيد و خبرگان رشته مورد تاييد قرار گرفت .تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمونهاي توصيفي و استنباطي انجام شده است. يافته ها: مهارتهاي ارتباطي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي منطقه 5 تهران در سطح بالا است. بيشتر پاسخ دهندگان (1/89 درصد) از پاسخ دهندگان زن و متاهل (78/2 درصد) هستند . رشته تحصيلي 41/8 درصد از پاسخ دهندگان، كتابداري و مقطع تحصيلي بيشتر آنان (49/1 درصد) كارشناسي است. ميانگين سن پاسخ دهندگان 62/39 سال و ميانگين سابقه كار آن ها 12/5 سال است . بيشتر آنان مشغول به مشخصات جمعيت شناختي با شاخصهاي مهارتهاي ارتباطي ارتباط معني دار نشان نداد و فقط تاهل، بر شاخص "گوش دادن فعال" تاثير معني دار داشت. اصالت اثر:نتايج پژوهش مي تواند با بررسي نقاط ضعف و قوت مهارتهاي ارتباطي كتابداران در كتابخانه هاي عمومي و دلايل آن، راههايي براي حركت به سوي جريان اطلاعات سودمند از مراكز اطلاع رساني به جامعه هموار نمايد.

The general goal of this research is to compare communication skills of librarians in different types of public libraries in Tehran's 5th district This research is a descriptive scroll. The statistical population consisted of all librarians (55 people) employed in various public libraries and active in the 5th district of Tehran (32 libraries) in August 2017, which were surveyed by census method. . The data gathering tool was Robbin's effective organizational communication questionnaire, which examines 6 dimensions of multiple communication channels in 24 questions. For this questionnaire, the reliability of 0.86 is estimated, which indicates an acceptable level of reliability. The content and formality of the questionnaire were confirmed by the opinion of the professors and experts of the field. Data analysis and analysis was performed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential tests. Communication skills of librarians in public libraries in District 5 of Tehran are at a high level. Most respondents (89.1%) are female and married respondents (78.2%). The field of study is 41.8% of the respondents, the librarians and the academic level most of them (49.1%) are experts. Demographic characteristics did not show a significant relationship with communication skills indicators, and only marital status had a significant effect on the "active listening" index. The results of the research can be used to explore the weaknesses and strengths of communication skills of librarians in public libraries and its causes, to pave the way for the flow of useful information from community information centers
