Prediction of moral intelligence and responsibility based on communication skills patterns among librarians of public libraries in Shiraz

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پيش بيني هوش اخلاقي و مسئوليت پذيري بر اساس الگوهاي مهارت هاي ارتباطي در بين كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهر شيراز مي باشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر زماني، از نوع مقطعي، از نظر گردآوري اطلاعات از نوع ميداني و از نظر روش تجزيه و تحليل آماري جز مقوله مطالعات همبستگي قرار دارد. جامعه آماري پژوهش دربرگيرنده تمامي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي شهر شيراز ( 60 نفر) كه در سال 1395 در كتابخانه هاي اين شهر مشغول به كار بودهاند مي باشد. ابزار اندازه گيري پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه مسئوليت پذيري(كاليفرنيا، 1990 )، پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش .( اخلاقي بوربا( 2005 ) و پرسشنامه مهارت هاي ارتباطي (بارتون 1990 ) . يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه مولفه هاي مهارت كلامي و بازخورد به صورت مثبت و معناداري قادر به پيش بيني هوش اخلاقي و مسئوليت پذيري كتابداران مي باشد . اصالت: نتايج پژوهش حاضر بر اهميت توجه بيشتر به هوش اخلاقي در بين كتابداران و تقويت آن براي افزايش مسئوليت پذيري و ارتباط موثر با كاربران تاكيد مي كند.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to predict moral intelligence and accountability based on communication skills patterns among librarians of public libraries in Shiraz. Method: The present research is applied in the field of applied, time-based, cross-sectional, in terms of collecting information of field type and in terms of statistical analysis method, except for correlation studies. The statistical population of the study consisted of all librarians of public libraries in Shiraz (60 people) who worked in libraries in the year 1395. The instruments for measuring the research were the Accountability Questionnaire (California, 1990), Burba's Standard Moral Inventory (2005), and Barton's Communication Skills Questionnaire (1990). Results: The results of data analysis showed that the components of verbal skills and feedback can positively and significantly predict the ethical intelligence and accountability of librarians. Authenticity: The results of the present research emphasize the importance of paying more attention to ethical intelligence among librarians and strengthening it to increase accountability and effective communication with users
