ارزيابي وضعيت زيرساخت هاي گردشگري شهرستان جيرفت با رويكرد توسعه آتي گردشگري

Assessing the status of tourism infrastructure in Jiroft city with the approach of future tourism development

امروزه كشورهايي كه خواهان تحولات بنيادين هستند برنامه ريزي هاي مبتني بر رويكرد آينده نگاري را محور عمده برنامه ريزي توسعه آتي خود قرار داده اند. در اين زمينه گردشگري به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين صنايع جهان شناخته شده است كه نه تنها از لحاظ اقتصادي بلكه به دليل معرفي و شناساندن تاريخ و فرهنگي شهرهاي مختلف، مهم است لذا برنامه ريزي در اين صنعت با رويكرد آينده پژوهي از اهميت خاصي برخوردار است. شهرستان جيرفت نيز به دليل بهره مندي از توان هاي محيطي و گردشگري از مزيت نسبي برخوردار است، كه هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي وضعيت زيرساخت هاي توسعه گردشگري اين شهرستان با رويكرد توسعه آتي مي باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي و از نوع كاربردي است. حجم نمونه از طريق فرمول كوكران، معادل 330 نفر تعيين شده است. داده هاي مورد نياز از طريق پرسشنامه گردآوري و در محيط SPSS به كمك آزمون هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد طبق خروجي آزمون تي در سطح معناداري 0/000 در دو بعد امكانات اقامتي و تجهيزات پذيرايي به ترتيب با ميانگين عددي 2/80، 2/30 در مقايسه با ميانگين مطلوب، اين شهر با كمبود مواجه است و تنها در بعد تاسيسات زيربنايي با ميانگين 3/16 در مقايسه با ميانگين مطلوب (3) به نسبت شرايط مطلوب تر است. از طرفي نتايج گوياي اين است كه ضعف امكانات زيربنايي و خدمات گردشگري و فقدان فرهنگ پذيرش گردشگر مي تواند بر روند توسعه نيافتگي صنعت گردشگري جيرفت در آينده مؤثر باشد و اين منطقه را از مزاياي حاصل از توسعه اين صنعت محروم كند.

Today, countries that are keen to make fundamental changes, are planning on a sustainable and scenario-based design with a futuristic approach as the main focus of their future development planning. In this regard, tourism is recognized as one of the most important industries in the world, which is important not only economically, but also because of the introduction and recognition of the history and culture of different cities, therefore planning in this industry with a futuristic research approach is important. It's special. The city of Jiroft also has a comparative advantage due to the enjoyment of environmental and tourism assets. The aim of this study is to investigate the status of the tourism development infrastructure of this city with the approach of future development. The research method is descriptiveanalytical and of a practical type. The sample size is determined by the Cochran formula, equivalent to 330 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed in SPSS using descriptive and inferential statistical tests. The results of the research show that according to the output of t-test, a significant level of 0.30 in two dimensions of accommodation facilities and catering facilities with an average of 2.80, 2.30 in comparison with the average, this city is facing a shortage and only in the dimension of infrastructure, with an average of 1.393 compared to the optimal average (3), it is more favorable than the more favorable conditions. On the other hand, the results indicate that the weakness of infrastructure facilities and tourism services and the lack of a culture of tourism acceptance can affect the development of the tourism industry of Jiroft in the future and deprive the region of the benefits of developing this industry.
