بررسي مسائل بافت هاي فرسوده شهري با تاكيد بر تجارب جهاني (مطالعه موردي: شهر مراغه)

هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي بافت فرسوده در كشورهاي پيشرفته، كشورهاي جهان سوم و شهر مراغه مي باشد. بدين منظور، با بهره گيري از روش، توصيفي – تحليلي و مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني، به بررسي وضع موجود پرداخته شده است و نمونه اي از تجارب جهاني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل بيانگر اين مطلب مي باشد كه در هر كشوري با توجه به نظام اداري و سياسي، اقدامات خاصي صورت گرفته است؛ در كشورهاي پيشرفته برخورداري نظامند با بافت فرسوده صورت گرفته كه موجب احياء اين بافت ها شده است. امروزه توجه به بافت هاي قديم شهرهاي آسيايي از طرف محققين از اهميت خاصي برخوردار شده است. اين امر به سه دليل عمده است: اول اينكه، شهرهاي اين كشورها از تمدن شهرنشيني پرسابقه اي برخوردارند. دوم اينكه، غالبا ديرتر از كشورهاي توسعه يافته اروپايي متوجه خطر و بحران تخريب ميراث فرهنگي شهرها شده اند و سوم اينكه، اكثر آنها با مشكلات سياسي - اقتصادي دست به گريبانند كه فرصت پرداختن به اين امور را ندارند. در شهر مراغه بافت فرسوده از لحاظ نظام عملكردي، زيست محيطي، كالبدي داراي مشكلات جدي مي باشد و لذا در اين قسمت از شهر ، با در نظر داشتن شدت فرسودگي بافت و اولويت هاي مداخله ، نياز به نوسازي، تحقق پذيري، ايجاد تحرك و رغبت براي نوسازي، داشتن بيشترين ميزان تاثير در بهبود وضعيت مناطق همجوار، پاسخگويي به نيازهاي محلي، وجود پتانسيل هاي فعاليت و كاربري، الگو سازي براي نوسازي بافت، ميزان حساسيت به نوسازي، قرار داشتن در نقاط كليدي و مهم ... بايد مداخلات جدي از طرف مديران شهري صورت بگيرد.
