ساماندهي فضاي حاشيه رودخانه شور رفسنجان با رويكرد توسعه گردشگري سبز پايدار با نگاه به آينده

Organizing the marginal space of the rafsanjan bring river with approach of tourism development sustainable green looking to the future

اين پژوهش با هدف گسترش فضاهاي عمومي و امكانات تفريحي، ايجاد مسيرهاي پياده و دوچرخه و كفسازي مسير، نورپردازي محوطه هاي باز و سبز، جذب گردشگر، زيباسازي بدنه رودخانه و... مي باشد. مسئله اصلي اين است كه بطور كلي حاشيه رودخانه ساماندهي نشده، زمين هاي اطراف حريم رودخانه رها شده هستند كه باعث شده چهره مناسبي براي فضاي شهري ايجاد نكند سرزندگي، نشاط را از بين برده است. در اين ميان، ايجاد محيطي آرام و به دور از آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي و آلودگي هاي بصري و ... كه از عمده ترين معضلات شهرهاي امروزي به شمار مي رود، همچنين فراهم نمودن امكانات مناسب براي بهره مندي كاربران از چشم انداز زيباي رودخانه، در درجه اول اهميت قرار مي گيرد. اجراي اين طرح در اين منطقه از شهر باعث افزايش سرانه فضاي سبز، فضاي تفريحي - فراغتي، بهبود سلامت جامعه، امنيت، ايجاد تعاملات اجتماعي و ... مي شود. عملكرد اين فضا مي تواند محيط ناسالم و آلوده ي اطراف مسيل يا رودخانه را با برنامه ريزي درست تبديل به محيطي فرحبخش و پويا كرد تا هم از لحاظ اجتماعي و هم از لحاظ فيزيولوژيكي نتيجه بخش باشد. مهمترين اقداماتي كه بايستي از هم اكنون در اطراف رودخانه شور انجام شود، اعمال مديريت زمين و ايجاد فضاي متنوع سبز و تفريحي براي آينده رفسنجان خواهد بود. روش پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از دو روش، ميداني و اسنادي استفاده شده است. آلترناتيو هاي پيشنهادي براي حاشيه رودخانه شور كه در حقيقت پارك خطي يا پارك رود كناري است كه باعث افزايش سرانه فضاي سبز، فضاهاي تفريحي - فراغتي، بهبود سلامت جامعه، امنيت، ايجاد تعاملات اجتماعي براي آينده شهر نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد چنانچه ساماندهي حاشيه رودخانه با نگاه به آينده برنامه ريزي شود هدفمندتر و دقيق تر خواهد بود.

This research aims to extension public spaces and entertainment facilities create paths for walking bicycles and pavement routes lighting open and green areas attract tourists , beautifuling the body of the river and etc .The main problem is that in general the boundary river is not organized the lands around the river side are abandoned which caused to does not create a good face for urban space vitality has destroyed . in the meantime , creating a quiet environment and away from environmental pollution and visual comtamination and etc .The most problems of modern cities are considered also to providing appropriate facilities for the benefit users of the beautiful river views it's matters The implementation of this project in this area of the city it's increases percapita green space recreation and leisure space , improving community health , security create social imteractions and etc.The function of this space can make the unhealthy environment and polluting around the ravine or the river , with the planing right to become a frightening environment , the result is good both socially and physiologically . The most important steps that should be taken now around briny the river will be excercise time management and create a variety of green space and recreational for the future of rafsanjan.Two methods , fields and documents have been used to collect information , proposed alternatives for the briny river . which is in fact a linear park or parkland river that increases the per capita green space , recreational _leisure spaces , improve community health , security and create social interactions for the future of the city .The results of the research show that if rivefront management is planned with a view to the future , it will be more targeted and more explicit .
