Approximation of a Linear Source Term for an Inverse Parabolic Problem

In this paper, a linear source term is approximated for an inverse parabolic problem with additional informations. In other words, using the statistical spline model that is introduced by [1], we approximate the unknown source term. To show the priority and accuracy of the introduced model with respect to other methods, a numerical example is given.
