چكيده فارسي :
جهاني شدن موضوعي است كه در كانون گفتمان سياستگذاران، محققان، متخصصان و شاغلان حرفه اي در عرصه جهاني قرار دارد و از جمله مفاهيمي است كه طي چند دهه گذشته، به مجموعه واژگان علوم سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي افزوده شده است و البته جرياني است ناشي از پيشرفتهاي عمده در علم و تكنولوژي كه از آن گريزي نيست. هدف از اين پژوهش، شناسايي تاثيرات جهاني سازي بر آموزش عالي و برنامه درسي مناسب در جهاني سازي آموزش عالي و معرفي الگوهاي جهاني سازي آموزش عالي و اقدامات لازم به منظور جهاني سازي آموزش عالي ايران بود كه با استفاده از مطالعه كتابخانه اي، روش توصيفي صورت گرفته است. آموزش عالي كه نهادي تاثير گذار در توسعه و پيشرفت كشور است ضمن تاثيرپذيري از اين روند با تربيت نيروي كار تحصيلكرده بر جهاني شدن اقتصاد و فرهنگي و سياست و ... تاثير گذاشته است. نظامهاي آموزش عالي در كشورهاي توسعه يافته جهان اين جريان را پذيرفته و با آن همگام شده اند و با تغييراتي كه در برنامه درسي و شيوه هاي مديريت و ديگر ويژگيهاي خود داده اند ضمن ابقا خود در عرصه جهاني و تربيت دانشجو براي يادگيري مادام العمر، در تلاش براي حل و فصل مشكلات جهاني بر آمده اند كه نشان از عظمت و جايگاه دانشگاه در عرصه بين المللي با نماياندن هدفي والاتر است. دانشگاههاي موفق جهان همچون ام اي تي، بركلي، پنسيلوانيا و .... در عرصه جهاني سازي آموزش عالي اقدامات خاصي را براي رسيدن به اين جايگاه اتخاذ نموده اند: جذب دانشجوي خارجي، اعزام دانشجو به كشورهاي ديگر، بين المللي كردن دروس، گسترش قراردادهاي همكاري بين المللي و فعاليت هاي مشترك فرامليتي، «پروژه هاي تحقيقاتي مشاركتي گسترش فرهنگي كردن محيط و فضاي دانشگاهها، بين المللي و چند زبان كردن دانشگاه ها و ... از نمونه هاي بارز اين اقدامات مي باشند. الگوهاي جهاني سازي آموزش عالي و شيوه هايي كه اين دانشگاه ها پيش گرفته اند مي تواند به منظور بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي ايران به كار گرفته شوند.

Globalization is a subject of discussion in the focus of policy makers, researchers, experts and
practitioners around the world, including the concepts of professional field in the past few
decades that has been added to political sciences, cultural, social and economical vocabulary,
this flow had emerged from major advances of science and technology which there is no
escape of it.The purpose of this study is the recognition of globalization effects on higher
education and appropriate curriculum in internationalization of higher education, introduce
international higher education models to internationalization of higher education in
Iran.higher education that has influence on the development progress of country has certain
effects on economy, politics and culture…with Educated and trained workforce. Higher
education systems in the developed countries of the world adopted globalization and become
synchronized. They changed their curricula and management styles , Their survival in the
global arena has guaranteed with showing their place in the world by training life learner
students and involve to solve global problems. Famous universities in this field in the world,
such as MIT, Berkeley, and Pennsylvania have taken specific actions to achieve
internationalization of higher education such as absorption of foreign students, sending
students to other countries, international courses, expand international cooperation and joint
activities of transnational contracts, "Collaborative Research Projects ", promote the
universities environment, the international and multi-language universities, etc.
Internatonalization higher education in Iran can apply these Global patterns of higher
education and adopted procedures.
