The Position of Comparative Studies in Internationalization of Iran Higher educational System

نظام آموزش عالي ايران با وجود پيشرفت ها و دستاوردهاي علمي و رشد توليدات جهاني در سال هاي اخير، در مقايسه با كشورهاي برتر جهان، پويايي محسوسي ندارد. از دلايل مهم اين امر مي توان به ضعف ارتباط بين دانشگاه و نيازهاي جامعه اشاره نمود. شناخت حاصل از مطالعات تطبيقي از يك طرف سبب رشد و توسعه دانش و شناساندنكم و كيف موقعيت هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي به دست اندر كاران نظام آموزش عالي از جمله اساتيد و متخصصان مي شود و از طرف ديگر نگرش انطباقي، پژوهشگران نظام هاي آموزش عالي را از شباهت ها و تفاوت هاي موجود بين پديده هاي آموزشي آگاه مي كند. با مطالعات تطبيقي مي توان به فرامرزي ساختن يا بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي كمك نموده و با تبادل تجارب آموزشي و پژوهشي، خدمات تخصصي آموزش عالي را به آن سوي مرزهاي جغرافيايي كشور برد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق عبارت است از بررسي نقش، جايگاه و اهميت مطالعات تطبيقي در بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي ايران. با توجه به ماهيت موضوع و هدف پژوهش حاضر، روش تحقيق انتخابي از تحقيقات كيفي و از نوع توصيفي – تحليلي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش ابتدا به توصيفي از وضعيت كنوني و تحليل مشكلات موجود در ابعاد مختلف آموزش عالي كشور پرداخته، سپس نظام آموزش عالي انگلستان و ژاپن تشريح و در نهايت مطالعه تطبيقي بين اين سه كشور انجام مي شود. در راستاي دستيابي به هدف اين پژوهش از الگوي جرج برودي استفاده شده است. از يافته هاي مهم پژوهش حاضر، مي توان به شباهت ها و تفاوت هاي آموزش عالي اين سه كشور، و در نهايت به ارائه راهكارهايي در راستاي فرامرزي ساختن و بهبود آموزش عالي ايران اشاره نمود.

Higher educational system despite scientific advances and global productions in recent year, in compared with the top countries worldwide, doesn't appreciably dynamics. The reason of that is the week relation between university and social needs. Recognition obtained from comparative studies cause growing and developing of science and identifying educational and research opportunities for those involved in higher education like professors and specialists and also leads to higher education researchers are aware the similarities and differences between educational phenomena. With comparative studies can help to Internationalization of higher educational system and with this exchange of educational and research experiences, special services of higher education transferred beyond the geographical boundaries. The main object of this paper is to investigate the role, position and importance of comparative studies in Internationalization of higher educational system in Iran. According to the nature and purpose of this research, the chosen research method is qualitative and analytical- descriptive method. In this research, first of all, describe the current status and analyze the problems in different aspects of Iran's higher educational system. Then explain England and Japan's higher educational system and finally compared that in this tree countries. Beside we used the Brody Method to do this project. The major findings of this study are understanding similarities and differences of higher educational system between this countries and ultimately suggested guidelines for Internationalization efforts to improve higher educational system in Iran.
