چكيده فارسي :
نتايج تحقيقات متعدد اخير زمينه را براي اجماع انديشمندان در خصوص تاييد تغييرات اساسي در بنيان هاي رشد و توسعه اقتصادي و چالش هاي ايجاد شده از طريق اين تغييرات فراهم آورده است به طوري كه براي سازگاري با اين تغييرات و گذر از چالش هاي بوجود آمده در عصر جديد نيازمند بكاريگري رويكردها و روش هاي جديد خلاقانه مي باشيم بخش تعاون به عنوان يكي از بخش هاي اصلي اقتصاد كشور هم از اين جريان مستثني نيست و با چالش هاي جديدي چون داشتن توان لازم براي رقابت با بخش خصوصي گسترش صادرات و بهره گيري از فرصت هايي كه از طريق ابلاغ سياست هاي كلي اصل چهل و چهار قانون اساسي براي بخش تعاون فراهم شده و ... روبرو مي باشد. درصورتي كه اين چالش ها به فرصت هاي تبديل مي شود كه از تمام توانمندي هاي انسان ها استفاده شود. همچنين نقش كارآفريني و وجود كارآفرينان دربخش تعاوني مي تواند تعيين كننده باشد چرا كه از كارآفريني به عنوان موتور رشد و توسعه اقتصاد جوامع ياد شده و از آن به عنوان سمبل ونماد تلاش و موفقيت در امور تجاري ياد مي كنند كارآفرينان پيشگامان موفقيت هاي تجاري در جامعه بوده و از نظر رهبري مديريت نوآوري كارايي بهره وري ايجاد شغل رقابت و تشكيل شركت هاي جديد نقش مهمي در توسعه اقتصادي و شركت هاي تعاوني دارند توجه به ظرفيت ها و پتانسيل هاي توسعه اي كارآفرينان دربخش تعاون و بهره گيري مناسب از اين ظرفيت ها براي توسعه بخش تعاون ضروري مي باشد لذا اين مقاله به روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي به بررسي و تحليل شناسايي و تشريح توانمندي هاي كارافرينان در بخش تعاون پرداخته شود.

The results of many recent researches have paved the way to intellectuals’ consensus on confirmation of basic changes in the structure of economic growth and development, consequent challenges caused by these changes. To become compatible with these changes and to overcome the resulting challenges in the new century, we need new and creative methods and approaches. Cooperatives, as basic economic sector, are not excepted from the current situation and are facing new challenges such as the need to gain necessary capabilities to compete with the private sector, expansion of exports, benefiting the opportunities generated by the master-plans stated in the 44th Article of the Constitution, etc. The only way these challenges could be transformed into opportunities is that all human capabilities are efficiently utilized. The role of the entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurs in cooperative sector can be very decisive, too. Since the entrepreneurship is assumed as economic development and growth impetus to societies and also as the symbol of effort and success in trade affairs, entrepreneurs are the pioneers of trade success in the society and play an important role in economic development and from the viewpoints of leadership, management, creativity, productivity, performance, employment, competition and formation of new firms shared to development of the sector and promotion of cooperative companies. It is necessary to care for developing potentials and capacities of the entrepreneurs in cooperative sector and to benefit these potentials appropriately. Therefore, this research, as a library study, tends to examine, analyze, introduce, and explain the entrepreneurs' capabilities in cooperation sector.
