A new generalization of frames, called K-frames, was recently introduced by Gavruta, helps us to reconstruct elements
from the range of a bounded linear operator K in a separable Hilbert space. In this paper, we characterize all duals of a given K-frame. Also we give some approaches for constructing K-frames
