Two matrices A and B of the same order are said to be parallel summable if A(A+B)B is invariant under the choice
of g-inverses of A + B. If A and B are parallel summable, the Moore-penrose inverses of A and B may not be parallel summable. In this paper we study parallel summability of Moore-Penrose and group inverses of two parallel summable matrices
