In this paper, we propose a new delay- dependent ex- ponential stability criterion for linear systems with multiple time
varying delays, based on the Lyapunov functional, linear matrix inequality-(LMI). For this purpose, we use a descriptor model trans- formation. Some exponential stability criteria with good properties are derived. The numerical examples show the ectiveness of the theoretical results
