Considering the appropriate geographical location, Iran can use active and passive systems dependent on the sun. In this regard, Esfahan has been considered one of the most central and highest radiation cities in Iran. Due to the importance of solar systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels in the whole world, the limitless use of solar energy and development of rural fabric, this paper is based on the use of PV panels in the village of HozeMahi. Both feed-in tariffs (FITs) and capital cost have been widely employed to promote the adoption of renewable energy technologies. This study sheds light on the combined use of FITs and capital cost on rural residential fabric. The purpose of the study is to clarify net present cost by cost in order to encourage households to adopt photovoltaic (PV) systems. The study draws a residential house model in rhino. PV panels were simulated in Honeybee and Grasshopper the plugin of Rhino. Solar analysis and economic analysis was conduct on PV panels. The study shows that with five PV panels with 1000 watts and area with 7.5 m2 we can Produce 9151.80 kWh Annual DC energy. For first years is about 2.1 million tomans for capital cost and in second years 1.2 million tomans incoming cost can earn.
