بررسي كاربرد ارزش اطلاعات پيشنهادي در سيستم‌هاي خدمات الكترونيك بر عملكرد بانك‌هاي خصوصي ايران

Application of the proposed information and in e-services systems on the performance of private banks in Iran

رشد انفجاري اينترنت و فرصت‌هايي كه براي داد و ستد خدمات بانكي خلق كرده است- سبب شده است- در صنعت بانكداري فناوري داراي نقشي متفاوت داشته باشد و به‌عنوان يك ابزار منحصربه‌فرد براي بهبود اثربخشي و كارايي به‌صورت مستمر به‌كار رود. از اين‌رو هدف اصلي اين پژوهش تعيين تاثير سيستم‌هاي خدمات الكترونيك بر عملكرد بانك‌ها و عملكرد روابط مشتريان با توجه به ارزش پيشنهادي اطلاعات در صنعت بانكداري است. در اين پژوهش 178 شعبه از بانك‌هاي خصوصي تهران مورد بررسي قرار گرفته‌اند. از رويكرد حداقل مربعات جزئي (كمترين توان‌هاي دوم (PLS)) براي اجراي فرضيات در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه قابليت خدمات الكترونيك اثر مثبتي بر ارزش پيشنهادي اطلاعات و نوآوري خدمات الكترونيك دارد. همچنين قابليت همكاري اثرمثبتي بر نوآوري خدمات الكترونيك دارد. نوآوري خدمات الكترونيك اثرمثبتي بر بر ارزش پيشنهادي اطلاعات دارد. ارزش پيشنهادي اطلاعات اثرمثبتي بر عملكرد روابط مشتريان و عملكرد سازمان دارد

The explosive growth of the Internet and the opportunities that have created banking services - has led to a different role in the technology banking industry and serves as a unique tool for improving efficiency and effectiveness in a consistent way. Therefore the main objective of this research is to determine the impact of electronic services systems on the performance of banks and the performance of customer relationships given the proposed value of information in the banking industry. In this research 178 branches from private banks of Tehran have been investigated. The partial least squares approach (PLS) is used to implement assumptions in the form of structural equation modeling. The results showed that electronic service capabilities have a positive effect on the proposed value of information and innovation in electronic services. Interoperability also has an impact on the innovation of electronic services. Electronic service innovation has a significant impact on the value of information provided. The proposed value of information has a significant effect on the performance of customer relationships and the performance of the organization
