موضوع: اين تحقيق مروري دارد به ادبيات مربوط به رابطه بين تمركز مالكيت سهام و كيفيت سود در شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران. هدف: اين تحقيق به بررسي ادبيات مربوط به رابطه بين تمركز مالكيت سهام و كيفيت سود مي پردازد كه از محافظه كاري و پايداري سود به عنوان دو معيار از كيفيت سود استفاده مي شود. هدف اول اين تحقيق، بررسي رابطه بين تمركز مالكيت سهام و محافظه كاري است و هدف دوم بررسي رابطه بين تمركز مالكيت سهام و پايداري سود مي باشد. روش تحقيق: در راستاي دستيابي به اين اهداف مروري جامع بر ادبيات موضوع نيز ارائه گرديده است. دستاوردهاي مقاله : اين تحقيق به تكميل مطالعات پيشين ياري مي¬رساند.
