بررسي تاثير خدمات الكترونيك بر هزينه فرآيند خدمت رساني به بيمه شدگان در سازمان تامين اجتماعي(مورد كاوي: سازمان تامين اجتماعي شعبه خوراسگان اصفهان)

دنياي امروز با پيشرفت هاي روز افزون تكنولوژي روبرو مي باشد و هر روز بيش از روز قبل از فناوري اطلاعات در برآورده كردن نيازهاي جامعه استفاده مي شود. از طرف ديگر نگاه به بهره وري در انجام امور بسيار دقيق تر و موشكافانه تر از قبل شده است و به اهميت بالا بردن شاخص هاي بهره وري توجه ويژه مي شود. امروزه يكي از راه هاي بهبود شاخص هاي بهره وري در كشورهاي توسعه يافته استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي روز مانند فناوري اطلاعات مي باشد. همان طور كه مي دانيم شاخص هاي بهره وري از جمله زمان و هزينه در سازمان هاي كشورمان در شرايط مناسبي قرار ندارند. سازمان تامين اجتماعي نيز كه در اين تحقيق مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است از اين امر مستثني نمي باشد. به همين دليل در تحقيق به عمل آمده به بررسي تاثير استفاده از خدمات الكترونيك به ويژه خدمات الكترونيك تحت وب بر يكي از شاخص هاي مهم بهره وري كه هزينه مي باشد در سازمان تامين اجتماعي شعبه خوراسگان اصفهان پرداخته ايم تا بتوانيم تاثير استفاده از اين خدمات را بر هزينه هاي خدمت رساني در اين سازمان نشان دهيم. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق كاركنان تامين اجتماعي شعبه خوراسگان اصفهان مي باشند. در اين تحقيق براي جمع آوري داده ها از دو سري پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. اين تحقيق از نظر روش توصيفي به شمار مي آيد كه به شيوه پيمايشي انجام شده است. در اين تحقيق براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي بدست آمده از پرسشنامه ها از نرم افزار SPSS22 استفاده نموده ايم. پس از تجريه و تحليل داده ها و مقايسه هزينه انجام خدمات در حالت عادي با هزينه انجام آنها از طريق وب سايت به اين نتيجه دست يافته ايم كه خدمات الكترونيك به ويژه خدمات الكترونيك تحت وب بر هزينه خدمت رساني در سازمان تامين اجتماعي تاثير بسزايي دارد و در نهايت براي كاركرد بهتر و پيشرفت اين خدمات پيشنهاداتي را ارائه نموده ايم.

The world today is faced with advances in technology and every day more than a day ago the IT used to meet the needs of society. On the other hand look at the efficiency of doing things much more accurate and detailed than before has been and to pay special attention to the importance of raising productivity indexes. Today one way of improving productivity in developing countries is the use of technologies such as information technology. As you know the productivity indexes (time and cost) in our country organizations are not in good condition. The Social Security Organization is also examined in this research is not exempt from this. That is why the research that has been conducted to examine the impact of technologies such as electronic services (IT) on one of the most important indicators of productivity that is the cost have discussed in the Social Security Organization Esfahan khorasgan branch That can affect the use of electronic services on the costs service in the organization show. The statistical population in this study are employees of the Social Security Esfahan khorasgan branch. In the research was used to collect data from the two series questionnaire This research is a descriptive survey method was conducted. In this research for analyze the data collected from the questionnaires we used the software SPSS22. Then analyze the data and compare the cost services normally performed with the cost service through the website to the conclusion that Electronic services especially Web services on the cost service has a significant impact in the Social Security Organization and finally we offer suggestions for better performance and development of the services.
