مطالعه تأثير مالكيت نهادي بر ارتباط ميان سود عملياتي و ارزش شركت‌ها

Study the effect of institutional ownership on the relationship between operating profit and firm value

ارزش شركت براي سهامداران، سرمايه گذاران، مديران ، اعتبار دهندگان و ساير ذينفعان شركت در ارزيابي آن ها از آينده شركت و تاثير آن در برآورد ريسك و بازدهي سرمايه گذاري و قيمت سهام اهميت به سزايي دارد. در تحقيق حاضر ابتدا ارتباط ميان سود عملياتي را با ارزش شركت بررسي كرده و سپس تأثير مالكيت نهادي بر اين رابطه را سنجيديم. جهت نيل به اهداف تحقيق ، تعداد118 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طي دوره زماني 84 – 93 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گرديد. اين تحقيق از نوع مطالعه توصيفي – همبستگي است و براي آزمون فرضيه‌ هاي تحقيق از تحليل داده ‌هاي تابلويي ( پانل ديتا ) استفاده شده است . بر اساس نتايج به‌دست‌آمده ، افزايش سود عملياتي منجر به افزايش ارزش شركت مي‌شود . همچنين پس از مداخله مالكيت نهادي عمده نيز افزايش سود عملياتي برافزايش ارزش شركت تأثير مثبت داشته است.

The firm value is crucial for shareholders, investors, managers, creditors and other stakeholders in their assessment of the company s future and its impact on investment returns and risk assessment, and stock price . We first examined the relationship between the firm value and operating profit then the effects of institutional ownership moderated the relationship. In order to achieve the objectives of the study , 118 firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2006-2015 were selected as sample . The method of study was descriptive - correlation and for testing the research hypotheses , panel data analysis is used. Based on the results , the increase in operating profit lead to increase in firm value. Operating profit also increased firm value after the intervention of major institutional ownership.
