چكيده فارسي :
بحث زنجيره تامين و مديريت آن از جمله موضوعات مهم و جدايي‌ناپذير در زندگي بشر است، در نظر گرفتن آن به خصوص در شركت‌هاي توليدي، كارخانه‌ها، سازمان‌ها و غيره كمك قابل توجهي به كاهش هزينه، بدست آوردن سود بيشتر، جلب رضايت مشتري، برنامه‌ريزي، ماندن در بازار و كسب مزيت رقابتي نسبت به ساير رقبا و به طور كلي پيشرفت سازمان، خواهد كرد. بعد از پيدايش موضوع زنجيره تامين، مسائل زيست محيطي نيز به دليل اهميت آن و داشتن محيط زيستي سالم‌تر، در اين راستا مورد توجه قرار گرفت و زنجيره تامين سبز پا به عرصه‌ي ظهور گذاشت. با مطرح شدن اين موضوع اهداف ذكر شده در بالا رنگي ديگر پيدا كرد و در بسياري از موارد باعث كاهش هزينه‌ها، كه از جمله مهم‌ترين و در اولويت‌ترين هدف در تمام سازمان‌ها مي‌باشد، خواهد شد. يكي ديگر از ويژگي‌هاي مهم زنجيره تامين، اصطلاح عدم قطعيت است كه با در نظر گرفتن آن مدل را به واقعيت نزديك‌تر مي‌كنيم. اين دليل ما را بر آن داشت كه مروري بر مقالات و پژوهش‌هاي پيشين در اين رابطه انجام دهيم تا كمكي بر خوانندگان مشتاق در اين راستا باشد. در ابتدا تعاريفي از كلمات كليدي، اهداف و مزاياي زنجيره تامين و زنجيره تامين سبز مطرح مي‌شود، سپس تحقيقات و پژوهش‌هاي مورد بررسي در اين مقاله دسته‌بندي و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي‌گيرد. در پايان، خلاصه‌اي از اين اقدامات به صورت جدول ارائه و با توجه به آن پيشنهاداتي براي تحقيقات آينده بيان خواهد شد. از جمله ويژگي برجسته‌ي اين مقاله مرور بر زنجيره تامين و زنجيره تامين سبز، به طور هم‌زمان، تحت شرايط عدم قطعيت است.

Talk supply chain and its management, is including the most important issues and inseparable in human life, consider it, especially in manufacturing companies, factories, organizations and other will make help to significantly reduce costs, gain more profit, customer satisfaction, planning, staying in the market and gain competitive advantage over other competitors and generally improve the organization. After the emergence of the supply chain issue, environmental issues also because of its importance and healthier environment, in this respect was considered and had emerged green supply chain. By introduction this the issue another color finds the above mentioned objectives and will be in many cases cause reduces the cost, that is including most important and in most priority objective in all organizational. Another important feature of the supply chain, is the term of uncertainty that we do model closer to reality by consider it. This reason we encouraged to the review of the literature and previous research in this direction. First are introduced, definitions of key words, objectives and the benefits of green supply chain and supply chain, Then be research and studies reviewed in this paper classifies and analyzes. In the end, a summary of these actions is presented in the table and according to it will be expressed recommendations for future research. Such as prominent feature of this paper is to review the supply chain and supply chain Green, simultaneously, under conditions of uncertainty.
