بررسي و شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر كاربست نظام مديريت دانش سازماني در شركت برق منطقه‌اي خوزستان

Investigation and Identificationof factors affecting the application of knowledge management Organizational in Khuzestan Regional Electric Company

در عصر حاضر سازمان‌ها با منابع اطلاعاتي و دانش جديدي روبرو هستند كه از سرمايه‌هاي فكري آن‌ها نشأت مي‌گيرد. وجود زيرساخت‌ها و بسترهاي مناسب براي ايجاد و خلق دانش، شناختن عوامل تسهيل‌كننده و ارتباط و تعامل بين سطوح مختلف سازمان، موجب ايجاد چرخه‌اي از نيروي محركه‌اي به نام دانش در سازمان مي‌شود. اين پژوهش باهدف شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر كاربست نظام مديريت دانش سازماني در شركت برق منطقه‌اي خوزستان انجام‌شده است. پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، كاربردي و ازنظر روش، اين پژوهش توصيفي - پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل 2327 نفر از كاركنان شركت برق منطقه‌اي خوزستان بود كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 330 نفر از آنان انتخاب و پرسشنامه استاندارد روي آنان به اجرا درآمد. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده با استفاده از آمار استنباطي (آزمون t) مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفت و نتايج نشان داد؛ رتبه‌بندي با استفاده از آزمون فريدمن صورت پذيرفت كه به ترتيب، فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش، فناوري و اطلاعات، فرآيندها، رهبري مديرت دانش، افراد، نتايج مديرت دانش، يادگيري و نوآوري در شركت برق منطقه‌اي استان خوزستان رعايت مي‌شود؛ و كارايي مديريت دانش در شركت به‌صورت ضعيف گزارش‌شده است

This type of research in terms of purpose, functional and in terms of methods, descriptive study of Hst.kl population census survey were evaluated and included 2327 people who are working in Khuzestan Regional Electric Company, the sample size for this study through Morgan table 330 staff of Khuzestan regional electric Company Hst.shyvh APO was standard questionnaire containing 28 questions prepared this purpose questionnaire was distributed among the population after collecting the questionnaires, the data were analyzed, which ultimately results through the student s t test showed that poor application of knowledge management system in Khuzestan regional electric Company agree.
