ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ ﻣﺪارس با اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﭘﻮﯾﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﻮﺷﺸﯽ داده ﻫﺎ DEA (مطالعه موردي: مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان ازنا)

Evaluating the efficiency by using dynamic model of data envelopment analysis (case study :primary schools in Azna city in the academic year 1393-1394)

ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﯾﮑﯽ ازوﻇﺎﯾﻒ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ براي دستيابي به اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن ازاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ي ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ورسيدن ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ازﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻮرداﺳﺘﻔﺎده وﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﯾﺎداده ﻫﺎ وﺳﺘﺎده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻌﯿﺎري ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺮوﯾﮏ ﯾﺎ ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ درﺻﺪﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺮ ﺗﺎﺻﺪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد . دراﯾﻦ تحقيق 7متغير ﻧﻬﺎده اي تعداددانش آموزان،تعداد معلمين،سابقه معلمين،مدرك تحصيلي معلمين،هزينه هاي مدارس ،حقوق ومزايا معلمان و2ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺳﺘﺎده اي معدل دانش آموزان ،نرخ قبولي دانش آموزان درسال تحصيليشان ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ شده و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت 30ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ درﻃﯽ ﺳﺎل تحصيلي 94-1393اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه است. ﻣﺪل DEAﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﻧﺮم افزارdeap اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه وبه بررسي نتايج وتحليل آنها پرداخته مي شود. علاوه برارزيابي كارايي واحدها،واحدهاي مرجع ،ميزان كمبود درخروجي ها،مازاد در ورودي ها و ضريب استفاده ازهرالگو براي واحد هاي ناكارا موردتجزيه وتحليل قرارگرفته است.يافته ها نشان مي دهد درمدل BCC-Oپنج واحد ناكارا مي باشند،بدان معنا كه اين مدارس ازمنابع دردسترس استفاده بهينه نكرده اند.همچنين تعدادواحدهاي ناكارا به نوع مدل بستگي داردو بهره گيري ازمدل BCC-Oمنجربه كاهش تعدادواحدهاي ناكارا شده است.

Evaluating of the performance is one of the essential tasks of management for efficient usage of resources and reaching to the defined goals. This evaluation is done in different ways. For example comparing the used resources and calculating the inputs and outputs and expressing them as a number between 0 to 1 or expressing them as percentage between 0 to 100. 2 points should be carefully noted when this model is used. First, defining the input and output criteria for an organization and second, paying attention to DEA models, the choice of a model is important in terms of returns to sale, being input or output-based with respect to the problem. In this research 7 inputs and 2 outputs are defined and data of 30 schools in 1393-94 period is extracted. DEA model for schools was run by Deap software and the results were analyzed. In addition to performance of units, reference units, deficit and surplus of inputs and outputs, coefficient of each model for inefficient units and ranking of efficient units were analyzed.This finding shows that there is 5 inefficient units in bcc-o model. This means that , these schools hasn’t used their resources in an efficient way. Also the number of inefficient units depend on the type of the model and using the bcc-o model can decrease the number of them.
