تأثير جو كاري حمايت گر خودمختاري و اندازه شبكه اجتماعي بر ارضاي نيازهاي بنيادين روانشناختي داوطلبان: كاربست نظريه خودتعيين گري

Self-Determination Theory as a Framework for Exploring the Impact of Autonomy Supportive Work Climate and Social Network Size on Satisfaction of Volunteers Basic Psychological Needs

در پژوهش حاضر تاثير جو كاري حمايت گر خودمختاري و اندازه شبكه اجتماعي بر ارضاي نيازهاي بنيادين روانشناختي داوطلبان بر اساس نظريه خودتعيين گري بررسي شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش ،كليه داوطلبان فعال مناطق 22 گانه هلال احمر شهر تهران بود. به منظور تعيين حجم نمونه مورد نياز از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد. به منظور نمونه گيري از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي دو مرحله اي استفاده شد. به منظور جمع آوري داده هاي مورد نياز پژوهش از پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد استفاده شد. داده هاي بدست آمده از طريق روش معادلات ساختاري(SEM) با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه جو كاري حمايت گرخودمختاري بر ارضاي هر سه نياز بنيادين روانشناختي داوطلبان تاثير مثبت و معني دار دارد.همچنين بر مبناي نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، اندازه شبكه اجتماعي بر ارضاي نيازهاي روانشناختي خودمختاري و ارتباط داوطلبان تاثير مثبت و معني دار دارد و بر ارضاي نياز روانشناختي شايستگي داوطلبان تاثيري معنادار ندارد.

In the present study, through the application of self-determination theory the impact of autonomy supportive work climate and social network size on satisfaction of volunteers basic psychological needs were investigated. Research type of this study is applied and research method type is descriptive. In this study active volunteers of Tehran Red Crescent Society were selected as statistical population .Concerning the population of studied center, sample size was estimated 146 by Cochran Formula .The sampling process was done by two stage cluster sampling method. To complete available data, standard questionnaires were used. To test hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL software were employed. The results showed that the autonomy supportive work climate has positive impact on each basic psychological needs of volunteers. Also the results showed that the social network size has positive impact on the volunteers autonomy need and relatedness need and has no significant impact on competence need of volunteers.
