Introduction: Nanotechnology is the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale. Therefore, it is possible to combine Nanotechnology with industrial applications, semiconductor products, Biotech industries, and Nanodrugs. It is capable of playing a major role in the treatment of brain, cardiovascular, and other diseases. The advantages of Nanodrugs are high selectivity, target identification, and direct effect on target cells, so that the neighboring and other cells are spared. This paper focused on the origin of Nanoscience and how this science was developed in the field of medicine. Methods : What causes the cancer tissue to enter the lung is an excessive weakness in the immune system, and this can ultimately lead to the death of the patient. Controlling this disease in the lungs can reduce up to 85% of this stratum of patients. In this paper, we have studied the metal-based Nanoparticles, Biopolymers, Nanomagnets, Bio-nano, or Overlapping models of these methods. Results:Biomedicine, Nanotechnology, Bionano, and Nanomaterials, either separately or in combination, play a significant role in Biomedicine.Future generations of pharmaceutical and biomedical products will definitely be at the nano or molecular scale. In such products, drugs can carry effective substances and each substance can be released at a specific time to produce its effect. Conclusion: Nanotechnology epecially drug delivery opens us new prespective of medicine. The first phase kinetics can reduce the toxicity and enhance the efficiency of drug. Also, absorbent biopolymers can last longer in the target zone. Many positive effects can be possible by combining the biopolymers with Nanomedicine.
