چكيده فارسي :
براي بستر سازي و به نتيجه مطلوب رساندن و همچنين مقصد و مسير تعريف شده دادن به هر نوع فعاليت خدماتي نياز به استاندارد يا مبنايي تعريف شده هست تا مسير ايده ها و تلاش هاي افراد و نهادها را مديريت نمايد يعني پايگاه امن و درستي از اطلاعات كه به چگونگي ارائه خدمات توسط سازمان ها نظارت دارد . در واقع استاندارد سازي مبدا ، مسير و بازده يك نهاد را ميتواند تحت تاثير قرار دهد اگر ساختاري مطلوب داشته باشد . استاندارد سازي در دنياي امروزي با توجه به گسترده گي دامنه و نوع خدمات و تنوع و پيشرفت تبادلات ارتباطي و همچنين سبك هاي متفاوت فعاليت هاي اجتماعي افراد و نهادهاي اجتماعي ، هم اهيمت اساسي و بنيادي دارد و هم بايد اين فرآيند با آگاهي و مهارت اجرايي شود هدف غايي استاندارد سازي به ايده آل رساندن ساختار توليدي و خدماتي نهادها است و زماني اين ايده عملي خواهد شد كه اين فرآيند در تعريفي وسيع تمام خدمات اجتماعي را پوشش بدهد . هدف استاندارد سازي بايد ارائه راهكاري باشد كه هم به روند فعاليت نهادها كمك كند و هم باعث شود روند فعاليتهاي اجتماعي در بعد كلي آن بهبود يابد . استاندارد سازي هم در بعد نظارتي يه عنوان ناظر بر عملكرد نهادهاي ديگر مطرح است و هم به شيوه يك برنامه ريزي استاندارد كه ساختار مديريتي و اجرايي يك نهاد را اداره مي كند .

Standardization in today s world is important both in terms of scope and type of services and the diversity and advancement of communication, as well as the different styles of social activities of individuals and social institutions, and this process must be implemented with knowledge and skills. The ultimate goal of standardization is to idealize the productive and service structure of institutions, and once this idea is implemented, this process will cover the broad definition of all social services. The goal of standardization should be to provide a solution that will help both the activity of institutions and the process of social activity in its overall dimension. Standardization, in the supervisory dimension, is also seen as an oversight over the performance of other entities, and in the form of a standard planning that manages the management and executive structure of an entity.
