Measuring Attractiveness of An Application Interface Using the ISO 9126 Standard

در متريك هاي خارجي ايزو 9126، جذابيت محصول نرم افزاري زيرمشخصه اي از صفت كيفي قابليت استفاده است كه ظاهر نرم افزار را برآورد مي كند و به صورت خاص براي محصولات مشتري مهم است. يكي از متريك هاي خارجي جذابيت، تعامل جاذب نام دارد كه در مورد ميزان جذابيت واسط نرم افزار است درحاليكه فرمول و نحوه محاسبات عناصر داده را به صورت پرسشنامه مطرح كرده و تفسير مقدار اندازه گيري شده را منوط به شيوه امتياز دادن به آن كرده است. كارهايي در مورد نحوه اندازه گيري اين متريك انجام شده است و اين مقاله نيز قصد دارد تا شيوه اي را كه مبتني بر استاندارد ايزو 9126 مي باشد براي اندازه گيري اين متريك ارائه كند. نتايج نشان مي دهند كه جذابيت واسط براي كاربران، علاوه بر دقت و صحت، به قابليت سفارشي سازي ظاهر واسط كه دربرگيرنده عواملي چون كاهش رويه هاي عمل و قابليت فهم پيام در هنگام استفاده است ارتباط دارد.

In external metrics of the ISO 9126, attractiveness of a software product is a sub-characteristic of usability attribute which evaluates the appearance of the software and in particular is important for the consumer products. One of the external metrics of the attractiveness is called attractive interaction which concerns the extent of attractiveness of the software interface. This metric mentions the formula and the method of calculating data elements in the form of a questionnaire and has subjected the interpretation of the measured values to the method of scoring. Some works are conducted to measure this metric and the present paper also aims to provide a method based on the ISO 9126 to measure this metric. The findings of the study suggest that attractiveness of the interface for users, in addition to accuracy, is related to the interface appearance customizability which includes factors such as operation procedure reduction and message understandability in use.
