The relationship between attributional style and the style of coping with stress with the use of psychological capital among women who head families in the city of Zanjan

امروزه شناخت عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مقابله با استرس زنان سرپرست خانوار از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه سبك اسنادي با سبك كنارآمدن با استرس زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر زنجان در 3 ماه آخر سال 1394 انجام گرفته است. به اين منظور از 1750 نفر زنان سرپرست خانوار تعداد 320 نفر به روش نمونه گيري طبقه¬اي تصادفي بر اساس وضعيت همسران زنان سرپرست خانوار انتخاب شده اند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از سبك اسنادي (ASQ) و سبك كنار آمدن با استرس اندلر و پاركر استفاده شده است و پژوهش از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. براي تحليل داده ها از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين سبك اسنادي مثبت با بعد مساله مداري سبك كنار آمدن با استرس زنان سرپرست خانوار رابطه مثبت و معناداري (01/0p

Nowadays, identifying the effective factors on the psychological capital of women who head households is of high importance. Therefore, this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between attributional style and the style of coping with stress with psychol among women who head families in the city of Zanjan in 3 last months of 2015. For this purpose, from 1,750 women who head households, 320 were selected by random stratified sampling.
