بررسي تاثير تشويق بر افزايش يادگيري دانش آموزان (مطالعه موردي: دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدايي دبستان بهشتي)

انسان ها بالاخص نوجوانان محبت پذير مي باشند. و لذا نياز به محبت از اساسي ترين نيازهاي هر انسان مي باشد. يكي از تمايلات و نيازهاي فطري بشر ميل به تشويق است كه خود عاملي است وادار كننده و راهي موثر در تعليم و تربيت. از آنجائيكه خانواده ها و مدارس ابتدايي ترين و مهمترين كانون پرورش و تربيت كودكان و نوجوانان هستند وگردانندگان آنها والدين و آموزگاران هستند و اصلي ترين نقش را در اين زمينه به عهده دارند بايد با اصول و قوانين تربيت آشنايي كامل داشته باشند. تشويق از مهم ترين اركان نظام تعليم و تربيت است. لازم به ذكر است تشويق و تنبيه از جمله عوامل مهم تأثيرگذار بر كيفيت فعاليت‌ها و عملكرد تحصيلي شناخته شده اند. بطور كلي هدف از اين تحقيق اين است كه، تاثير تشويق بر افزايش يادگيري دانش آموزان مورد بررسي قرار گيرد و در پايان تحقيق، جهت انجام صحيح تشويق، و كارآمد بودن نتيجه آن پيشنهاداتي ارائه گرديده است. لذا در گام اول با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و جست و جو در اينترنت ابتدا به بررسي محاسن استفاده از تشويق پرداخته شد. سپس در گام دوم با مطالعه تعدادي از مقالات داخلي و خارجي و پايان نامه هاي مقاطع مختلف و مراجعه حضوري به مدرسه ابتدايي بهشتي به بررسي انواع روش هاي تشويقي و ارائه راه كار هاي مناسب جهت انجام صحيح تشويق و كارآمد بودن نتيجه آن پرداخته شد. در نهايت بعد از اجراي راه كارها در مدرسه و بررسي نتايج پژوهش در اين تحقيق به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه وجود تشويق مفيد و تاثير گذار بوده و باعث ارتقاء روحيه دانش آموزان و مقابله با پديده شوم افت تحصيلي و بكار گيري مشاركت اولياء مي شود.
