Using collocation method for solving Volterra integral equations

In this paper, the collocation method based on Hermite polynomials is applied for solving the Volterra integral equation of the second kind. Hermite polynomial and some of the first polynomials are introduced in Section 2. In Section 3 we present exhaustively the solution of Volterra integral equation of the second kind applying Hermite polynomials. In Section 4 some numerical example of the Volterra integral equation are solved to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed technique. MATLAB 2014 is used to do this
