اهميت تأمين‌كنندگان در موفقيت شركت‌ها به‌قدري است كه تحقيقات بسياري تاكنون در ارتباط با توسعه مدل‌ها و چارچوب‌هاي مناسب ارزيابي و انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان انجام‌گرفته است. از سوي ديگر ضرورت تأمين كالاها، ماشين‌آلات و تجهيزات موردنياز از كشورهاي ديگر كه تخصص و مزيت بيشتري در توليد اين اقلام دارند، بخش بازرگاني و تداركات شركت‌ها را با چالش جديدي روبه‌رو كرده است و آن نياز به ارزيابي پيوسته تأمين‌كنندگان خارجي جهت گزينش مناسب‌ترين تأمين‌كننده خارجي بر اساس معيارهاي مدنظر سازمان است. هدف از اين مقاله شناسايي و تعيين معيارهاي مؤثر در ارزيابي و انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان خارجي پروژه‌هاي زيرساختي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با كمك خبرگان، كارشناسان و تصميم‌گيرندگان شركت موردمطالعه و رتبه‌بندي و انتخاب اين تأمين‌كنندگان با استفاده از روش AHP گروهي و مطابق چارچوب پيشنهادي ارائه‌شده براي اين مسئله مي‌باشد.

The importance of suppliers in the success of companies is so much that many research has so far been done in developing appropriate models and frameworks for the assessment and selection of suppliers. On the other hand, the necessity of supplying goods, machinery and equipment from other countries with more expertise and advantages in the production of these items has faced a new challenge for the commercial and logistics sectors, which requires the continuous assessment of foreign suppliers to select the most suitable foreign supplier Based on the criteria of the organization. The purpose of this paper is to identify and determine effective metrics for the assessment and selection of external suppliers of ICT infrastructure projects with the help of experts and decision makers of the company, and to evaluate and select these suppliers using the AHP group approach and in accordance with the proposed framework for this issue.
