ارائه مدل تصميم گيري براي انتخاب تأمين كننده برتر به كمك تكنيك درخت تصميم با رويكرد فازي

Provide a decision model to select the superior supplier by using decision tree technique with a fuzzy approach

براي تصميم گيري درباره انتخاب تأمين كنندگان، معيارهاي متفاوتي در نظر گرفته مي¬شود. ولي به دليل تغيرات سطوح مديريتي و اسستراتژي¬هاي تأمين كنندگان خارجي نمي¬توان داده هاي ورودي را به دقت تعيين كرد.. در اين مقاله با استفاده از تكنيك داده كاوي و بررسي شاخص هاي موثر در انتخاب تامين كننده و روابط موجود بين آن ها، درخت تصميم تامين كننده رسم و با وارد كردن اطلاعات لازم شاخه هاي درخت تصميم، تامين كننده مناسب انتخاب مي¬شود. از مزاياي اين الگو مي¬توان به ساده و قابل فهم بودن و قابليت اطمينان بالاي آن اشاره كرد. در اين مقاله براي اعتبار سنجي مدل ارائه شده دو تأمين كننده¬ي شركت دارويي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بوشهر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته شده است. كه با توجه به پر اهميت بودن شاخص هزينه براي سازمان مربوطه نتيجه نهايي برتري تأمين كننده A نسبت به B را نشان ميدهد.

Today one of the most important strategy and policy of companies. Is buying thing (raw materials, equipment,…) from suitable suppliers. But because of changing in management levels and strategies of external suppliers, it is impossible to determine inputs accurately. Therefore, considering the problem of choosing suppliers based on different criteria of every organization is necessary. In this topic, (the suppliers decision tree is drawn)by using data analysis technic and studying effective indicators in choosing suppliers and existing relation between them, and the appropriate supplier is selected by using relation between them. Same advantages of this model are its simplicity, being understandable and having a high level of reliability. In this topic it is presented a new way for choosing. More an appropriate and reliable supplier, by using decision free and weighing either criteria or efficient branches in choosing them based on the type and the importance of relevant goods or materials. The result is the company gives its idea for achieving to its related. Goods with its properties, has the last loss in comparison with other and finally gains a large share among objective markets. For choosing the supplier of pharmaceutical company, at first, criteria and efficient sub branches in is detected and then its decision tree is drawn, finally needed information is collected by calculated probabilities for interviews and available documents in the relevant industry. As a pain, we could refer to inform med people to collect information in this study. As a result, the related wright of criteria and branches is calculated and then we able to obtain upper and lower limits of probability of choosing each of suppliers by phasing the probability of every of them. In the end most companies will be able to choose their favorite. Suppliers based on their requested materials and turns to a competitive power among other markets. In this paper, validation of proposed model for tow science university of Bushehr is studied and final preference courage of supplier A versus supplier B is shown by considering cost indicator as an important factor.
