بررسي مشكلات اسكلتي- عضلاني و عوامل مرتبط با آن در هنرمندان نقاش

Investigation of musculoskeletal disorders and its related factors in painter by REBA method

حرفه طراحي نقاشي هنري داراي فعاليتهاي ديناميك و استاتيك ممتد بسيار است كه باعث بروز مشكلات اسكلتي- عضلاني مي شود. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي مشكلات اسكلتي- عضلاني و عوامل مرتبط با آن در هنرمندان با استفاده از پرسشنامه نورديك و روش REBA(Assessment Body Entire Rapid) است. طي پژوهش، با مصاحبه با هنرمندان، پرسشنامه نورديك تكميل و حالات مختلف هنرمندان نقاش حين كار، توسط ناظر ارزيابي و در كاربرگ هاي مخصوص ثبت گرديد. داده ها بررسي و از آزمون آماري رگرسيون خطي و لجستيك استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد بيشترين ناراحتي هاي اسكلتي- عضلاني به ترتيب مربوط به نواحي گردن، كمر و دست بوده و منجر به غيبت از كار بر اثر درد ناحيه كمر، دست و گردن شده است. ارزيابي وضعيت بدني هنرمندان با استفاده از روش REBA و محاسبه نمره نهايي نشان داد كه حدود نيمي ديگر داراي ريسك متوسط، بالا و بسيار بالا هستند و نياز به اقدام اصلاحي ارگونوميك دارند.

Artistic painting design profession has a lot of dynamic and static activities which causes musculoskeletal problems. The aim of this study is to investigate musculoskeletal problems and their related factors in artists with using Nordic questionnaire and REBA (Assessment Body Entire Rapid) method. During the study, by interviewing the artists, the Nordic questionnaire completed and various scenarios for the artist during the work were evaluated by the supervisor and recorded in special worksheets. Data were analyzed by linear regression and logistic tests. The results showed that the most musculoskeletal disorders were respectively neck, waist and hand areas, and the absence of work due to the pain of the lumbar region, the hands and the neck has been resulted. Assessing the physical condition of artists using the REBA method and calculating the final score showed that about half of the others had medium, high and very high risks and required ergonomic corrective action
