اولويت بندي عوامل موفقيت پياده سازي سيستم برنامه ريزي منابع شركت با روش فرآيند تحليل شبكه اي (مورد مطالعه گروه صنعتي گلرنگ)

Prioritizing success factors of the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system by using Analytical Network Process (The Case of Golrang Industrial Group)

در پژوهش حاضر با ارائه مدلي برخي شاخص هاي موفقيت پياده سازي سيستم هاي برنامه ريزي منابع سازمان از بعد مديريتي و سازماني در گروه صنعتي گلرنگ شناسايي و رتبه بندي شده اند. بدين منظور در گام نخست به شناسايي شاخص ها و در گام بعدي اولويت‌بندي شاخص‌هاي موفقيت پياده سازي سيستم برنامه ريزي منابع سازمان با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل شبكه اي صورت گرفته است. اندازه نمونه بر اساس رويكرد متعارف تصميم گيري چند شاخصه 5 تا 15 مورد ارزيابي مي شود. هم چنين به منظور انجام فرايند تحليل شبكه اي از نرم افزار سوپر دسيژن استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه از بين عوامل مديريتي به ترتيب عوامل حمايت مديران، سبك مديريتي و توانمند سازي كاركنان و از بين عوامل سازماني نيز عوامل فناوري، ساختار سازماني و آموزش كاركنان از اولويت بيشتري در مقايسه با ساير عوامل برخوردارند. همچنين در مقايسه كلي بين عوامل مديريتي و سازماني، عامل مديريتي از اولويت بالاتري برخوردار مي باشد.

In this research, with presenting a model of some success criteria’s and indicators of ERP implementation from management and organization dimension and in terms of priority and importance, we have ranked success indicators of implementation of ERP in Golrang industrial group. Therefore, the first step is identifying indicators and the next step is prioritizing success factors of the implementation of ERP by Golrang industrial group experts viewpoint by using ANP. Since in this paper are used from multi criteria decision making techniques, the sample size based on the conventional approach of these methods will be evaluated 5 to 15. It is also used to describe and analyze the data from Super decisions software by using analytical network process. The results show that management factors include manager s support, management style, employee s empowerment, monitoring and notification and organizational factors include technology, organizational structure, employees training, organizational culture and communications that were identified by ERP experts of Golrang industrial group, are effective in the implementation of ERP. The results also indicate that, management support, management style and empowerment of employees respectively have the highest priority among the management factors and technology, organizational structure and employees training have higher priority in comparison to other factors among organizational factors. Management factor has also higher priority in general comparison between management and organizational factors.
