Investigating the relationship between crisis management with organizational communication and organizational agility in Damghan Municipality

تعداد اندكي از سازمان ها به لزوم آماده ساختن خود براي روياروئي با بحران ها ي احتمالي پي برده اند. به همين ترتيب، براي مقابله با خطرات احتمالي، ساز و كارهاي لازم را پيش بيني نكرده اند. اين عدم توجه، باعث از بين رفتن سازمان هاي بسياري شده است. بنابراين لازم است سازمان ها همواره خود را براي مواجهه با خطرات احتمالي آماده نمايند. بهترين اقدام بكارگيري مديريت بحران است. وجود ارتباطات موثر در سازمان، يكي از اجزاي مهم در توفيق مديريت و چابكي سازمان به شمار مي آيد. روش تحقيق از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ نحوه جمع آوري داده ها، توصيفي است. جامعه آماري شامل 100 نفر از كاركنان شهرداري دامغان مي باشد كه حجم نمونه همان 100 نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه هاي مديريت بحران جهرمي (1380) و محقق ساخته ارتباطات سازماني و چابكي سازماني است و روش تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از طريق آزمون Spss مي باشد. يك مولفه مديريت بحران (نيازسنجي فعاليتها) با ارتباطات سازماني و چهار مولفه مديريت بحران (طراحي ساختار، پيچيدگي، تمركز، نيازسنجي فعاليتها) با چابكي سازماني در شهرداري دامغان رابطه دارد. با افزايش مولفه هاي مديريت بحران، ارتباطات و چابكي در سازمان افزايش مي يابد.

Few organizations have found it necessary to prepare themselves to confront potential crises. Similarly, they do not anticipate the necessary mechanisms to deal with potential hazards. This lack of attention has led to the disappearance of many organizations. Therefore, organizations need to be prepared to deal with potential risks. The best practice is to use crisis management. The existence of effective communication in the organization is one of the important components of the success of management and agility of the organization. The research methodology is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of how data is collected, descriptive. The statistical population consisted of 100 employees of Damghan municipality, which sample size is calculated as 100. The data gathering tool was Jahromi crisis management questionnaire (1380) and researcher made organizational communication and organizational agility. The data analysis method was SPSS test. One component of crisis management (need assessment of activities) with organizational communication and four components of crisis management (structure design, complexity, focus, need assessment of activities) is related to organizational agility in Damghan Municipality.
