طراحي يك مدل حاكميتي فازي براي پياده‌سازي راه‌حل‌هاي كسب‌وكار هوشمند استراتژيك

Designing of a fuzzy governance model for deployment of enterprise strategic BI solutions

هدف اين تحقيق، كاهش احتمال شكست پروژه‌هاي توسعه راه‌حل‌هاي BI در سازمان‌ها، از طريق ساخت مدل اجرايي متناسب با هر سطح بلوغ BI، در كنار ايجاد ضمانت كافي در حاكميت راه‌حل‌ها در سازمان است. گام هاي طي شده در اين تحقيق به شرح زير است: 1- شناسايي دلايل عمده شكست پروژه‌هاي BI در كشور از طريق مصاحبات با خبرگان و شناخت مشكلات اصلي؛ اول عدم تجانس روش‌هاي پياده‌سازي سامانه‌هاي BI با بلوغ سازمان، و دوم عدم الزام سازمان به كاربرد دستاوردهاي سامانه‌هاي BI 2- تدوين معماري راه‌حل: ارائه يك مدل اجرايي كه اولا از طريق لحاظ كردن ميزان بلوغ BI سازمان، ريسك شكست پروژه را كاهش دهد و ثانيا با كاربرد الزامات حاكميت فناوري اطلاعات در سازمان، كاربرد دستاوردهاي سامانه‌هاي هدف را در سازمان تضمين كند. 3- بررسي مدل‌هاي مختلف بلوغ BI و انتخاب مدل بلوغ CMMI به عنوان مدل پايه بلوغ مورد نظر، به عنوان پايه ساخت مدل و تدوين و تست پرسشنامه بلوغ سازماني به عنوان فازي‌ساز در موتور استنتاج فازي 4- بررسي متدولوژي‌هاي توسعه سامانه‌هاي BI و نگاشت آنها بر مدل بلوغ CMMI، به جهت توسعه قواعد فازي مربوطه در هر سطح بلوغ (نگاشت هر مدل توسعه با هر يك سطوح بلوغ BI) 5- بررسي چارچوب‌هاي حاكميتي فناوري اطلاعات و نگاشت فرآيندها و بهروش‌هاي ذكر شده در هر يك، به لايه هاي مختلف بلوغ و تدوين قواعد فازي مربوطه (نگاشت فرآيندها به هر سطح بلوغ BI) به جهت اضافه كردن اين فرآيندها به روش اجرايي منتخب در هر سطح بلوغ 6- ساخت موتور استنتاج فازي در نرم افزار متلب و آزمون و تائيد مدل 7- ساخت موتور استنتاج فازي به هدف ارائه مدل اجرايي حاكميتي فازي توسعه راه‌حل‌هاي هوشمند استراتژيك در سازمان

the purpose of this study is to reduce the likelihood of failure of BI development projects in organizations by building an executive model tailored to each level of BI s maturity, along with providing garranty for the management of solutions in the organization. The steps taken in this research are as follows: 1. Identify the main reasons for the failure of BI projects in the country through interviews with experts and identifying the main problems; first, the heterogeneity of the methods of implementing BI systems with the maturity of the organization; and, second, the organization s unwillingness to use the achievements of BI systems 2. Developing a solution architecture: Providing an implementation model that firstly reduces the risk of project failure by considering the company s maturity, and secondly, by applying the requirements of IT governance in the organization, guarantees the use of the achievements of the target systems in the organization. 3- Examination of different models of maturity of BI and selection of CMMI maturity model as the basic model of maturity, as the basis for making model and compilation and testing of organizational maturity questionnaire as fuzzy in fuzzy inference engine 4. Examining the BI development system methodologies and their mapping on the CMMI maturity model to develop the corresponding fuzzy rules at each maturity level (mapping each development model with each of the maturity levels BI) 5- Review the information technology governance frameworks and map the processes and processes mentioned in each one into different layers of puberty and formulate the corresponding fuzzy rules (mapping processes to each level of BI maturity) in order to add these processes to the selected executive method at each level.
