مسيريابي وسايل نقليه در شرايط اضطرار با رويكرد گراف‌كاوي (مورد بررسي جاده‌هاي استان كرمانشاه در زلزله آبان 1396)

امروزه دو پارامتر زمان و هزينه در مسيريابي كالاها و خدمات از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است به‌طوري‌كه در زمينه‌هاي مختلف محققان سعي در بهينه‌سازي زمان و هزينه در مسائل مسيريابي دارند و روي اين مبحث تحقيقات زيادي صورت گرفته است. در شرايط اضطرار مانند زلزله، جنگ و ... كه زندگي انسان را تهديد مي‌كنند نيز، اهميت دو فاكتور زمان و هزينه براي كمك‌رساني و امداد و نجات مجروحين و مصدومين دوچندان مي‌شود. اين هزينه صرفاً مسائل مالي را شامل نمي‌شود و فاكتور مالي مي‌تواند خسارات جاني را نيز شامل شود. از شاخه‌هاي تحقيق در عمليات مسئله مسيريابي وسايل نقليه (VRP) مي‌باشد كه سعي در يافتن بهترين مسيرها در يك شبكه شامل تعدادي گره به‌عنوان مراكز عرضه و تقاضا و كمان‌هاي رابط بين گره‌ها به‌عنوان مسيرهاي ارتباطي براي برآوردن عرضه و تقاضا دارد. لذا در اين تحقيق با واردكردن عامل ازدحام در تابع هدف مسائل مسيريابي وسايل نقليه، سعي در بهبود خدمت‌رساني داريم. اين عامل با استفاده از تحليل شبكه به‌دست‌آمده و مي‌تواند عامل مناسبي براي بيان ازدحام باشد. براي كاربرد آن نيز، اين پارامتر در جاده‌هاي استان كرمانشاه بررسي شده است.

In different fields, researchers are trying to optimize time and cost in routing issues, and there has been a lot of research on this topic. In emergency situations such as earthquakes, warfare and ... that threaten human life, the importance of two factors of time and cost is to help and relieve the injured and injured. This is not just a matter of financial matters, and a financial asset can also be damaged. One of the branches of research in the operation is Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP), which seeks to find the best paths in a network that includes a number of nodes as supply and demand centers and interconnected arcs between nodes as communication paths to meet supply and demand. Therefore, in this research, we try to improve the service by introducing the congestion factor in the objective function of vehicle navigation issues. This factor is obtained by using network analysis and can be a good factor for congestion. For its application, this parameter has been investigated on the roads of Kermanshah province.
