كسب وكارهاي خرد و متوسط نقش به سزايي در رشد اقتصادي,ايجاد شغل و اشتغالزايي دارند. يكي از منابع مهم براي توليد اشتغال و اشتغالزايي در جامعه ارايه تسهيلات و اعطاي وام به شركت ها و بنگاههاي كوچك و متوسط مي باشد مطالعه حاضر در نظر دارد تاثير تسهيلات اعطايي بر توسعه و كسب درايي و بهبود عملكرد در صندوق كار آفريني اميد شعبه مركزي اصفهان بررسي نمايد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات مربوطه از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. اين پرسشنامه حاوي 29 سوال مربوط به موضوعات تحقيق بود كه الفاي كرونباخ آن 946 / 0 تعيين شد. سولات في ما بين 300 نفر از دريافت كنندگان اين نوع تسهيلات توزيع شد. دريافت كنندگان تسهيلات مردان و زنان مجرد و متاهل با تحصيلاتي از كمتراز ديپلم تا دكتري بودند. نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن بود كه تسيهلات تاثير مثبتي بر روي توسعه ي سود و درآمد و همچنين بهبود زمينه هاي شغلي دريافت كنندگان تسهيلات دارد. نتايج اين بررسي موراد كاربردي براي موسسات و بانكهاي ديگر خواهد داشت
