Using a combination of techniques FDEMATEL,FANP and FVIKOR to evaluate and rank contractors

ازآنجايي كه بقاي بسياري از شركت ها در بازار رقابتي به استفاده صحيح از منابع و پايين آوردن هزينه ها وابسته است.بسياري از شركتها بخشي از فعاليتهاي جاري خود را به بخش خصوصي واگذار ميكنند.ازاين رو انتخاب صحيح پيمانكاران شايسته ميتواند باعث جلوگيري از هدر رفتن منابع ، كاهش هزينه ها و اجرايي شدن پروژه ها درزمان معين وبه صورت مطلوب گردد.در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از معيارهاي مناسب انتخاب پيمانكاران بر اساس رويكرد تحليلي فازي ، از روش ديمتل فازي براي تعيين روابط و چگونگي تاثير معيارها بر يكديگر و از روش تحليل شبكه فازي با در نظر گرفتن ارتباط دروني مشخص شده ميان معيارها، براي اولويت بندي و وزن دهي معيارها استفاده شده و در نهايت از روش ويكور فازي براي رتبه بندي پيمانكاران استفاده ميشود.تا از اين طريق بتوان به سازمان ها جهت انتخاب صحيح پيمانكاران برتر كمك كرد.

Since the survival of many companies in a competitive environment depends on the proper use of resources and lower costs, Many companies leave their current activities to the private sector.Choosing the right contractors can reduce costs and make the project run at the right time. In this regard, considering the correct criteria, you must use the right tools to decide on the selection of the best contractor companies to choose the right organizational goals. In this research, firstly by reviewing and analyzing the library and using experts opinion, the most important criteria for determining the competence of contractors have been identified. Given that the criterion is quantitative and qualitative, the theory of fuzzy sets can be used as a tool for determining the competence and selection of contractors. In order to evaluate the condition of contractors, a descriptive term of triangular fuzzy numbers has been used and a multi-criteria decision-making method is proposed for ranking and selection of qualified contractors.The F.ANP method has been used to prioritize and weigh the criteria. Given the impact and impact of the criteria from each other in the real world, the F.DEMATTEL technique has been used to identify these relationships, finally, the ranking of contractors by using the F.VIKOR technique done.
