تحليل استراتژيك،تدوين و انتخاب استراتژي ،دو مولفه مهم و نخستين فرايند مديريت استراتژيك هستند كه نيازمند شناسايي و تحليل قوتها و ضعفهاي درون سازمان و فرصتها و تهديدهاي محيطي است.تكنيك هاي بسياري را مي توان براي تحليل موارد استراتژيك بكار برد كه از ميان آنها ،ماتريس SWOT از شهرت بسياري برخوردار است.اين ماتريس،قوتها و ضعفهاي درون سازمان و فرصتها و تهديدهاي خارج سازمان را به خوبي ارزيابي مي كند؛اما ضعفهايي هم دارد: از جمله عدم توجه به اهداف سازمان،عدم توجه به تمامي عوامل دروني و بيروني سازمان.در اين مقاله براي حمايت از تحليل استراتژيك،تدوين و انتخاب استراتژي؛ماتريس SWOT تكميلي ارائه مي گردد كه يك مجموعه راهكارهاي تركيبي پيشنهاد مي نمايد.همچنين در پايان براي جلوگيري ازتناقض با اصل تمركز در استراتژي ها و به منظور تحليل و فيلتر كردن آنها، از ماتريس QSPM براي دستيابي به بهترين استراتژيها استفاده مي كنيم.

Also, in order to avoid conflicts with the principle of focusing on strategies, in order to analyze and filter them, we use the QSPM matrix to achieve the best strategies.
