The Relationship Between Educational Needs With Job Skills And Knowledge In Middle Managers Of The Ministry Of Sport And Youth

The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between educational needs with job skills and knowledge of middle managers in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. All of the Directors of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2014 were included in this study. A valid and reliable researcher developed questionnaire containing 49 questions was used for data collection. Among the components of the technical skills of technical skills in planning and operation of sports programs with the highest average (85) and administrative communication skills and report writing skills with an average (39), the highest among the components of human skills contact skills for subordinates with an average mean job security (90) and the lowest ones in Skill guidance, advice and guidance to employees on the average (55) among the components of cognitive skills the highest skills in program planning Long term average (95) and lowest in the political environment and the opportunities analysis skills with mean (63). The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between practical knowledge and job skills training needs of managers in the Ministry of Sport and Youth. (p 0/05).
