In 1987, Guo and Lakshmikantham introduced the notion of coupled fixed points. It has been
published a lot of papers on coupled fixed points of some types of mappings. Recently the notion of 𝜶 −
(𝝋𝟏 − 𝝋𝟐) − Contractive type mappings has been introduced by Samet et al (2012). In this paper, we
introduced 𝜶 − (𝝋𝟏 − 𝝋𝟐) − Contractive type mappings and provide some results about coupled fixed
points of 𝜶 − (𝝋𝟏 − 𝝋𝟐) − contractive type mappings on partially ordered space by using a simple method.
