ارتقاء خوانايي فضاي شهري در ساختمان هاي مجتمع مسكوني با رويكرد صنعتي سازي (نمونه بررسي شده شهر جديد پرند)

روند رو به رشد جمعيت و نياز به مسكن و همچنين سرريز شدن كلان شهرها از جمعيت سبب ايجاد معضل در جامعه شده بود كه دولت مردان به منظور رفع آن به ساخت شهرك هايي در اطراف كلان شهرها پرداختند تا علاوه بر اسكان دادن مهاجران و اقشار كم درآمد به مركز زدايي از كلان شهر نيز بپردازند. در اين راستا سازندگان براي تسهيل در امور ساخت و ساز و پائين آوردن هزينه هاي تمام شده و بالا بردن سرعت ساخت به صنعتي سازي روي آوردند. در اين ميان مسئله فراموش شده توجه به فضاي شهري به وجود آمده و نياز مصرف كننده فضاهاي ساخته شده به منظر شهري مناسب و خوانايي در شهر بود. اين امر موجب به وجود آمدن مشكلات عديده اي از جمله عدم تعلق خاطر، نبود امنيت و .... شد. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي و آسيب شناسي مجتمع هاي مسكوني صنعتي شازي شده در بحث خوانايي فضاي شهري و ارائه راه كارهايي جهت رفع آن است. در پژوهش پيش رو از روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي استفاده شده و نوع تحقيق كاربردي مي باشد و همچنين از روش جمع آوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني استفاده شده است. پس از بررسي هاي انجام شده به كدهاي معماري قابل اجرا در فضاهاي مسكوني با روش ساخت صنعتي رسيده ايم كه اجراي آنها مي تواند در خوانايي فضاهاي شهري در شهرهاي جديد و همچنين ارتقاء سطح كيفي زندگي ساكنين موثر باشد.

This led to several problems such as the lack of security and because of the lack of belonging. . The aim of this study was to investigate and pathology residential industrialization in urban space and readability of discussion presenting solutions to fix it. In this research ahead of analytical research methods have been used and the type of descriptive research can be applied as well as the method of data collection is a library of track and field is used. After a review conducted to architectural codes applicable to the residential spaces with industrial methods that have reached their implementation can be found in the new towns and the urban spaces of readability as well as improve the quality of life of residents.
