چكيده فارسي :
باغ ايراني از منظرهاي گوناگون مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و عناصر آن به تفصيل، بررسي و تحليل گرديده است. يكي از روش هاي تحليل زيبايي شناختي هنر استفاده از علت هاي وجودي است. تحليل بر اساس علت هاي وجودي صرفاً يك شيوه جهت خوانش اثر بوده و به شناسايي برخي متغيرها و رابطه آنها و همچنين كشف مبناي وجودي ساخت كمك خواهد نمود تا بدين ترتيب به شيوه ديگري از شناخت دست يابيم. در اين تحقيق كه بر اساس اسناد و مطالعات كتابخانه اي انجام شده، بر اساس علت هاي وجودي ارسطو، به تحليل باغ ايراني و اصول آن در ايجاد جلوخاني مناسب در كاروانسراي شاه عباسي كرج، كه بسان يك فضاي شهري شكل يافته در دل شهر كرج و ميدان شاه عباسي كرج در محدوده بافت تاريخي شهر و پل شاه عباسي قراردارد مي پردازيم، اين كاروانسرا در عصر كنوني به دليل عدم پاسخگويي مناسب به نيازهاي معاصر شهروندان و ظهور نيازهاي شهري جديد و از طرفي با فقدان جلوخان و فضاي شهري مناسب، عدم وجود معابر ترددي مناسب و تأسيسات و تجهيزات زيربنائي و ايمني در اين محدوده، عملكرد و نقش خود را به طور شايسته از دست داده، فلذا توجه به اين فضا، به عنوان مهمترين ميراث گرانبهاي شهر كرج و معاصرسازي عملكردهاي آن و طراحي جلوخان مناسب اين فضاي شهري ما را بر آن داشت تا با استفاده از اصول باغ سازي ايراني فضايي مناسب در مجموعه ايجاد نماييم،نتيجه آنكه با توجه به ارتباط بين علت هاي مادي و فاعلي كه همگي در راستاي تأمين آسايش و لذت جويي انسان بوده و در اين راه علت صوري هندسي و منظم بهره گيري شده است، بنابر اين مي توان گفت كه غايت اوليه ساخت باغ ايراني لذت جويي بوده است اما اين غايت با گذشت زمان با غايت معنايي تركيب شده و غايت نهايي به صورت يك بهشت مقدس نمود يافته است.
