Researching in Citizens Participation at Community’s Decision Making Process Continuous and Effective Engagement of Citizens in Government Policy and Social Organizing

مشاركت شهروندي تلاشي در جهت كسب شهروندي در فرآيند تصميم گيري اجتماعي است. اين روند با فرايند رأي دادن شروع مي‌شود، دولت‌مردان مبحث شهروندي را به شركت در بحث‌ها، انتخابات و گردهم‌آيي‌ها مربوط مي‌شوند. تمايل به شركت گسترده‌ي شهروندان مربوط به ديدگاهي دارد كه بيان مي‌كند مشاركت شهروندي مي‌تواند سياست دولتي ايجاد كند كه به تمايلات عمومي نزديك هستند. اين پژوهش داراي ماهيّتي «تبييني» است و از سوي ديگر با توجه به كليت موضوع، رويكرد حاكم بر اين پژوهش «كاربردي» مي‌باشد. در نهايت ما دريافتيم كه مشاركت شهروندان در اداره امور شهر بنيان و اساس سازماندهي اجتماع است.

Citizen participation encompasses efforts to engage the citizenry in a community`s decision making. Starting with the voting process in a representative democracy, government administrators expand the citizen involvement by using public hearings and debates, referenda, collaborative forums, and electronic media. The widespread enthusiasm for more citizen participation rests on the belief that an engaged citizenry will produce government policy that is closer to the preferences of the public.The nature of this research is explanatory; also, considering the holistic subject, the main approach is operative. Finally we find out that Citizens Participation is the basis and foundation of Social Organizing in urban administration.
