ارزيابي شاخصهاي نظام تفكيك زمين در منطقه سه شهرداري يزد با استفاده از تحليلهاي كمي و كيفي در محيط GIS

Evaluation of the separation system using qualitative and quantitative analysis in GIS for zone 3 yazd

تفكيك زمين نوعي دخالت آگاهانه در زمين است كه بر اساس آن مرزهاي زمين مشخص مي شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نظام تفكيك زمين شهري در منطقه 3 شهرداري يزد پرداخته است. براي اين منظور تعداد 24000 پارسل مسكوني در محلات منطقه سه مورد مطالعه و بررسي قرار گرفت. جهت تحليل هاي كمي و كيفي از مطالعات كتابخانه اي، عكسها و تصاوير ماهواره اي، مصوبات تفكيكي زمين و با بهره گيري از روش تاكسونومي عددي و نرم افزار ARCGIS استفاده گرديد. نتايج مطالعات نشان ميدهد كه نظام تفكيك زمين شهري در منطقه سه از بعد نقشه مناسب، از بعد بافت نامناسب و از بعد تحقق پذيري ارزش نقشه، نسبتا مناسب و از بعد الگوي مديريت اوليه و ثانويه نيز نمي توان براي سرتاسر منطقه نظر واحدي را بيان كرد و به نوعي نشان دهنده نامناسب بودن نظام تفكيك در اين منطقه مي باشد.
