استخراج مفاهيم تاثيرگذار بر تعامل اجتماعي در بافت فرسوده ( نمونه موردي محله عودلاجان تهران)

امروزه بافت هاي قديمي شهرها، ديگر پاسخگوي نيازهاي كنوني ساكنان خود نبوده و نياز به احيا و بازسازي احساس ميشود و به دليل داشتن اهميت تاريخي و فرهنگي اعمال تغييرها بايد سنجيده و با كمترين خطا صورت گيرد¬، از اين جهت دراين مقاله به مطالعه و بررسي تحقيق¬هاي صورت گرفته در اين حوزه پرداخته و نكات مورد نظر مشترك در بين پژوهشهاي اين مفاهيم مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت . دراين مقاله از روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي و تحليل داده ها به شيوه تحليل محتواي كيفي استفاده شد تا مفاهيم تاثيرگذار بر تعامل اجتماعي در بافت فرسوده تعيين شوند. نتيجه بررسي مقاله ها نشان داد كه مفاهيم فضاي سبز و باز كارامد، كيفيت هاي بصري و شبكه دسترسي معابر ؛ مفاهيم تاثيرگذار بر تعامل اجتماعي در بافت فرسوده هستند.
