پيشينه طراحي و ساخت و ساز با توجه به معيارها و ويژگي هاي طبيعي و اقليمي در معماري سنتي ايران به صدها سال مي رسد و از شاهكارهاي معماري در جهان به شمار مي ايد. بهرهگيري از انرژي هاي طبيعي در طراحي علاوه بر بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي باعث افزايش كيفيت اسايش و عدم اسيب به محيط زيست مي گردد بنابراين اجراي روش هاي مناسب در ساختمان كه با اقليم منطقه نيز هماهنگ باشد از اهميت بالايي برخوردار مي باشد. در اين مقاله كه به روش تحليلي و توصيفي و با ابزار مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اطلاعات و اسناد جمع اوري شده از اداره هواشناسي استان تهران صورت گرفته است به مطالعه شرايط و وضعيت اقليمي شهرستان طالقان، به ارائه راهكارهايي جهت ايجاد اسايش از طريق طراحي ساختمان ها متناسب و سازگار با اقليم منطقه و در نتيجه كاهش مصرف انرژي پرداخته شده است. جهت دست يابي به اين هدف از امار و اطلاعات ايستگاه سينوپتيك طالقان بين سالهاي (2008-2014) استفاده شده است و در اين بررسي مشخص شده كه شهر طالقان داراي اب و هواي سرد و كوهستاني مي باشد. و پس از رسم نمودارها با استفاده از شاخص ، الگي به بررسي وضعيت اسايش اقليمي و معماري همساز با اقليم پرداخته شده است و در نهايت وضعيت اقليمي هر ماه از سال و چگونگي اسايش انسان و راهكارهاي لازم جهت طراحي همساز با اقليم ارائه گرديده است.

In order to achieve this objective of the statistics and information between synoptic station taleqan (2008-2014) has been used and specified in this review that taleqan city has weathered cold weather and mountainous terrain. And after you draw diagrams using the index to check the status of climatic comfort elgy and architecture is compatible with the climate and climatic condition in the end of each month of the year and how human comfort and the necessary solutions to climate climatic design is presented.
