انديشه‌اي در شكل‌گيري و افزايشِ تشخصِ شهري

Considering the Establishment and Enhancing Scenarios of Peripheral Individuality

مفهومِ ديرياب و گريزپاي هويت، ارتباطِ دوسويه‌ي برسازندگي و برساختگي را با انسان برقرار مي‌دارد؛ بدين معنا كه در عينِ اثرگذاري بر فرد و جامعه، از آن‌ها تأثير هم مي‌پذيرد. امروزه مسأله‌شناسانِ مطرحِ معاصر، چالشِ اساسيِ پيشِ رويِ بشري كه مستمراً ترديد و تشويش را تجربه مي‌نمايد، بحرانِ هويت دانسته، و ريشه و سرچشمه‌ي آن را در ذهنيتي پريشان و خاطري آشفته بازيافته‌اند. نوشتارِ حاضر، با تحليل و تدقيقِ آراي انديش‌مندانِ گستره‌ي گسترده‌ي مطالعاتِ شهري و معماري، و برگرفتنِ آگاهي و دانش از بوستانِ پررنگ و رايحه‌ي آن‌ها، و برگذشتن از خارزارِ خواري و زاريِ ناآگاهي و ناداني، فرامعيارهايي نظيرِ سرزندگي، معنا، دست‌رسي، و پايش و پويش، اصولي ثانويه، و نيز ريزسنجه‌هايي را كه در ايجادِ تشخصِ شهري مشاركت دارند، متعين نموده است. در انتها، ازبراي تزايدِ هويتِ محيطي در قاطبه‌ي منطقه‌هاي كشور، كه افزايشِ چونيِ حالت و وضعيتِ زندگيِ ساكنان را در پي داشته و روياروييِ روياگونه‌اي را براي‌شان فراهم مي‌آوَرَد، راه‌كارهايي چند ارائه شده است. برهان‌آوري و مدلل‌‌گريِ بخردانه، به‌گونه‌اي هِرمِنيوتيكي و تأويل‌گرانه، بدونِ پيش‌فرض و استنباطي سبك‌سرانه، تدابيرِ انجام و خاتمت بخشيدن به تحقيق‌اند كه تحتِ رايتِ راه‌بُردِ كيفي، سامان و قرار گرفته‌اند.

Accompanied by analyzing the ideas of scholars in urban studies, this research has determined the meta-criteria, secondary principles, and micro-measures in generating environmental identity. Essential specifications include vitality, meaning, access, and control. Subordinate standards encompass fundamental functions, variation and divergence, public areas, spaces for enjoying recreation, comfort and contentment, security and safety, connect with nature, lack of visual and auditory anomalies, and weather, in the arena of vitality; readability and clarity, sense of place, peripheral aesthetics, sustainability of cultural structures, prolonged skeletal framework, innovative development in urban spaces and activities, in the realm of meaning; social communication, access to urban services and resources, the availability of different functional locations, and access to envisaged information, regarding access; and interaction with officials, participation in urban projects, presence and effectiveness in future developments, in the domain of control. To achieve more reliable model, some tiny-measurements was founded for a number of secondary principles which comprise social and environmental, and mental and emotional, for safety and security; urban green spaces, and grassing over in public areas, in connect with nature; potential of keeping the urban components in mind, differentiation of specific properties, similarity between creating constituents, urban furnishings, and built landscapes, in the sphere of readability and clarity; adaptability of objective formations with subjectivity of individuals, linking with the surrounding, creating events and collective experiences, getting involved in social activities, commitment to the environment, maintaining previous names of neighborhoods, and municipal monuments, for the sense of place; and architecture and facades, and the structural relation of the urban environment, in the circle of environmental aesthetics. Two sub-elements for assessing the satisfaction-monitoring standard have been formulated: tendency to remain in place and advising others to come along and live there.
